Winter Texans getaway. There are six golf courses within a 20 mile radius of Cedar Lodge. The Bald Eagles are here as well as over 400 other species of birds that migrate to our area each year. You can enjoy some of the best fishing of the year. The wineries are always a special treat as well! |

SPRING IS OFFICIALLY HERE! Wildflower Spectacular Everywhere! Enjoy our Annual Easter Sunday Egg hunt for the kiddos, and book your calendars for all the festivals including the Burnet Bluebonnet and Llano Crawfish festivals. Lake Buchanan's annual Sailing Regatta is hosted by Cedar Lodge and benefits Big Brother and Big Sisters organizations. Come enjoy the sailboat races, the sites, live music and help support a great charity. |

One of our favorite parties of the year include fireworks around the lake that will go for hours - sometimes days - There's nothing like it! Cedar Lodge is also a proud sponsor of the annual Indie Fest, which includes a full day of music, food, fun and fireworks just down the road in Marble Falls. You'll want to plan your vacation days around these celebrations. |

Lakefest Drag Boat Races are the second weekend of August. You don't want to miss the experience and the excitement of these races. Also, a meteor shower can be seen around the 10th - 12th of August each year. You have to get away from the lights of the city to enjoy. Last chance to get away with the family before school starts! |

End of Summer and Labor Day Bash! The final outing of the summer. The second weekend in September we're proud to sponsor Mike Blakely's TexAmericana Fandango at Luckenbach Texas. It's only a 45 minute drive from Cedar Lodge - so plan to make it a hill country weekend. |

Starts the changing of the season's. The Fall colors start to glow and the bird migration begins. Welcome back the Bald Eagles. A great quiet time for family reunions, church retreats and business outings. |

Great place for the whole family to meet and enjoy Thanksgiving. Our Clubhouse is perfect for large family gatherings. |

First weekend is the "Back to Beef" cookoff! We're done with all the Turkey, so let's get back to beef! We kick off Friday night with a Chili cookoff and then Saturday the fun continues with Brisket, Beans, Margarita, Salsa, and Pie contests. Of course there's live music all weekend. Then you'll not want to miss Christmas lights in the hill country. Marble Falls, Burnet, Johnson City, Llano and of course the lights at Cedar Lodge. We're centrally located, so plan to stay and do your small town shopping without the crowds of the city - did we mention that Fredericksburg is only 45 minutes away. Our clubhouse is great for Christmas parties too! |
