• Additional Fees We appreciate those who are respectful of our property. For those who aren't excessive cleanup will result in a minimum $50.00 fee (dirty dishes, trash, pet hair on furniture or blankets). Lost Keys $25.00, Damaged remote or remote holders $50.00.
• Campfires Campfires are subject to county burn bans and only allowed in existing fire rings near the beachfront.
• Cancellations All deposits are non-refundabe. If reservations are not cancelled within at least 24 hours of scheduled arrival the entire amount is due.
• Day Guests and Visitors $5.00/day guest and $10.00/overnight in cabins. For everyone's privacy, any visitors on Cedar Lodge property must check in with our management and have a Vehicle Permit.
• Deposits We will charge one night of the base rate on your credit card to confirm your reservation. Reservations renewed annually must be confirmed with deposits by January 30th. All deposits are nonrefundable.
• Have Fun Thank you for your consideration of our property. Forgive the inconsiderate (few) people who have forced us to write "Rules" and "Policies".
• Minimum Stays CABINS: A 2-night minimum stay is required. A 3-night minimum stay is required on holidays. LAKE HOUSE: A 3-night minimum is required from Memorial Day through Labor Day. A 2-night minimum is required during the rest of the year.
• Monthly Rental Please call for monthly rental prices and availability.
• Payments We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Payment is expected at time of check in.
• Pet Policy We do love and welcome pets with responsible pet owners. For their protection, they must be on leash. The rate in cabins is $10/day/pet. They are not to be left unattended in cabins or outside. Furniture, blankets and beds are not for pets; therefore cleanup of those will cost you. Your pet deposits on the grounds are gifts for you to pick up, not us.
• Quiet Times We don't have established quiet times, but ask that you please be considerate of your neighbors at all times.
• Refunds No refunds are given for early departures or weather.
• Refusals This property is privately owned and management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
• Smoking All of our buildings are non-smoking. Do not drop butts on ground or in the water.
• Speed Limit SPEED LIMIT 5 MPH at all times - we drive SLOW for our Children and Pets. Please do not compromise their safety. We have ZERO-TOLERANCE for speeding.
• Tents Tents are not allowed anywhere on the property.
• Vehicle Permits Vehicle Permits must be displayed in front windshield during your entire stay.
