We appreciate your business and interest in Cedar Lodge.  We have limited space and count on our reservations.  For 99% of our guests these policies are not an issue, so if you're not committed to your reservations, then please let someone else enjoy
   
Minimum Deposit
 
One night of the base rate in advance to hold reservations.
   
Reservations
 
Deposits are due at the time of reservations. All deposits are nonrefundable.
     
Clubhouse Deposit
 
$100
   
Renewed Annual Reservations
 
If we renew your reservations from year-to-year, the deposit is due NO LATER than January 30th of the year you have reserved. We will not guarantee your cabin, RV or camp site if your deposit is late. All deposits are nonrefundable.
 
Early Departures
 
There are no refunds for early departures. You are responsible for the full payment of the time you have reserved.
 
Cancellations
 
You will forfeit your deposit.  If a reservation is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice or there is a no-show situation, then the entire amount of the reserved time is due and will be charged to you.
 
Minimums and Discounts
 
3-night minimum for some Holidays and Prime-Season Summer Weekends (excluding two weekends of August - after school starts); otherwise, a 2-night minimum for reservations.
 
 
Discounts are 10% for a 6-night stay and for 7 nights or longer you get 1 night free.  We do offer an off-season discount of 10% from November - February with a minimum 2-night stay (except Thanksgiving Holiday).
 
 
Monthly rates are available from November - March.  See our pricing sections or you can call or e-mail for prices and availability.
 
Pet Policy
 
We do love and welcome pets with responsible pet owners.  We ask that for their protection, everyone please bring a leash.  The rate in cabins is $10/day/pet.  They are not to be left unattended in cabins or tethered outside and PLEASE do not allow them on the furniture, blankets or beds.
 
General Grounds Rules
  SPEED LIMIT 5 MPH at all times - we drive SLOW for our Children and Pets.  Please do not compromise their safety.  We have ZERO-TOLERANCE FOR speeding.

HAVE FUN!  For everyone's privacy, any visitors on Cedar Lodge property must check in with our management and have a Vehicle Permit.  (all additional day guests/visitors MUST pay entrance fees of $5.00/person/day).
     
  2. Vehicle Permits must be displayed in front windshield during your entire stay.
     
  3. Cedar Lodge is not responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of valuables.
     
  4. This property is privately owned and management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
     
  5. All visitors/guests are required to abide by the posted rules.
     
  6. All pets must be on a leash - please clean up after them.  Do not leave them unattended or tethered outside.
     
  7. Campfires are only allowed in existing fire rings near the beachfront. Due to our true log cabins,  we never allow camp fires in the cabin area.  All campfires are subject to county burn bans.
     
  8. Tents are no longer allowed anywhere on the property.
     
  9. We don't have established quiet times, but ask that you please be considerate of your neighbors at all times.
     
  10. Clean up your area prior to leaving - place all trash in dumpsters and cigarete butts in cans provided.  Do not put cigarettes, BBQ ashes or trash of any kind on the ground or in the water.
